Unit 3.2 The Constitution and Bill of Rights

Recognizing the need to make changes to the Articles of Confederation, delegates convened in Philadelphia in 1787 to revisit the issue. They soon quickly realized that the challenges faced by the United States required a brand-new document to address, and thus the Constitution was written and adopted.
