Course Syllabus

This course is designed to meet North Carolina's 8th grade history requirement. Through this course you will cover Colonial America to present day. While American History is the key topic, we will view History through the lens of North Carolina. 

Grading

Tests - 25%

Projects - 25% (There will be several projects throughout the course Individual, Partner, & group. All projects will require research, citation, & creation)

Quizzes - 15% (online quiz on Canvas or in class Paper and Pencil)

Classwork - 20% 

Homework - 15% (discussion posts, and online assignments from Canvas)
