Bill of Rights Opinion Writing

Now that we have completed our study of constitutional amendments, please answer the opinion question below. Be sure your response is thorough, in paragraph style, and contains supportive details to justify your opinion.

Recall that the Bill of Rights is the first ten amendments to the Constitution. Aside from the First Amendment, which protects our five basic freedoms, which one amendment from the Bill of Rights do you feel is most important in protecting your rights as a United States citizen?  In your answer, you need to explain the amendment (not simply restate it) and defend your reason for choosing it (i.e., why is it so important to you?).
