As Reconstruction is going on in the South, many other things are happening in the West. With the conclusion of the Civil War Rail Roads are more important than ever. The desire to shorten travel time from coast to coast means the construction of a Trans-Continent Rail Road. Labor will be needed and the companies will prefer this labor to be cheap and replaceable. This coincides with Immigration from China & Ireland. To gain the land for the rail road we will revisit Native Americans with empty promises & Broken Treaties, as we force them once more off lands promised.
