Elaborate & Evaluate - Professional Learning Communities

Submit an artifact  from the activity completed in the Explain section:  This artifact should demonstrate your understanding of the Professional Learning Networks competency.

An artifact is a collection of evidence to demonstrate your learning of the Digital Learning Competency. The artifact must include EVIDENCE of:

1. Engaging in virtual or face-to-face learning communities to show professional growth when using technology applications for professional growth or student learning.  
2. Rationale:  Provide an explanation of what and how your artifact meets the above criteria.  This rationale can be included in the artifact as a separate explanation or as text in the comment feature through Canvas. Be sure to address these items:
1. Describe the artifact.
2. How was this work beneficial to your professional growth?
3. How has this work positively impacted student learning?
